  • 3:30 - 6:30 pm Kloepper Tournament (Beer Pavilion)
  • 5:00 pm - Jr Horse Show Timed Events
  • 5:00 pm - 4H & FFA Market Lambs and Goat Weigh In
  • 5-7 pm – Clydesdale on site
  • 6:00 pm - Rides Open
  • 7-9pm - Balloon Artist (Back of Grand Stands)
  • 7 pm - Little Miss Pageant
  • 8 pm - Monroe County Fair Queen Pageant

Monday, July 20 ($10.00 Cash after 3pm) ($12.00 Credit after 3pm)

  • 8 am - Poultry and 4-H rabbit entries must be cooped
  • 8 am - 4-H Poultry Weighing and Judging
  • 9 am - Judging on Ag Products and Fine Aris begins
  • 9 am - Steers must be in their designated stalls
  • 10 am - Junior & Open Poultry Judging
  • 10 am - 4H & FFA Steer Weigh-in
  • 10:30 am - 4H and FFA meat pen rabbit weigh-in (or after 4-H Poultry show)
  • 10:30 am – Rabbit weigh-in
  • 12:30 pm - 4H Rabbit Judging begins
  • 5 pm - 4H & Junior Sheep Judging
  • 6 pm - All Livestock must be on grounds (except lactating cows)
  • 6 pm - Rides Open
  • 6 pm - Livestock health papers should be provided to Superintendents
  • 6:30 pm - Monroe County Only Antique Pull

  • 9 am - Judging of Junior & Open Rabbit begins
  • 10:00 am - 4-H Master Showmanship Contest
  • 1 pm - Superior Young Producer Beef/Dairy, Sheep, Goat & Swine – Band Pavillion
  • 5 pm - Open Class Sheep Judging begins
  • 6 pm - Rides Open
  • 6 pm - Open Class Horse Show
  • 7 pm - Monroe County Antique Tractor Pull Open to Anyone
  • 7 pm - 4x4 Street Truck Pull
  • 7 pm - 10,000 lbs. & 12,000 lbs. Turbo (Monroe County & Surrounding Counties only)

Wednesday, July 22 ($20.00 Cash after 3pm) ($22.00 Credit after 3pm)

  • 8 am - Open, Junior & 4H swine Judging begins
  • 9:30 am - Rooster Crowing Contest (under Beer pavilion)
  • 11 am – Lactating Dairy Cows must be on grounds (may leave after show)
  • 11:30 am - Open, Junior & 4H Dairy Judging begins
  • 3 pm - Steer Show
  • 6 pm - Rides Open
  • 6:30pm - 4-H, Junior & Open Class Goat Judging begins
  • 7:30 pm - Figure 8 Race (Small and Large Cars, plus Small pickup demo.)
  • 7:30 pm - 11:30 pm Music by Tim Berg & The Kurtz Family (Band Pavilion)

Thursday, July 23 (free admission)

  • 8:30 am - Open, Junior & 4H Beef Judging begins
  • 5 - 8 pm - Bud Light Brigade
  • 5-7 pm Clydesdale on site
  • 6 pm - 4H & FFA Market Animal Auction
  • 6 - 11pm - Carnival Armband Night $30.00
  • 6 pm - Senior Class Speed Horse Show
  • 7-9 pm - Balloon Artists (Back of Grand Stands)
  • 8:30 pm – Whiskey Morning Band (presented by HTC)
  • 9:30 pm - Livestock may leave grounds

Friday, July 24 ($20.00 Cash after 3pm) ($22.00 Credit after 3pm)

  • 5 pm - Rides Open
  • 7:30 pm - Auto Demolition Derby
  • 8:30 pm – 12:30 pm - Music by Ian Ferguson (Band Pavilion)

Saturday, July 25 ($20.00 Cash after 2pm) ($22.00 Credit after 2pm)

  • 9:30 am – Open Class Heavy Horse Show
  • 9:30 am - Open Class Mule Show
  • 11 am - Pedal Pull (6 weight classes) in Poultry barn, registration at 10:30am
  • 11 am - Sandcastle & Animal Sculpture (Poultry Barn)
    Both events are running at the same time, you may participate in each event with your age group.
  • 5 pm - Rides Open
  • 6 pm - Truck & Tractor Pull
    • 6,200 lbs. 2-Wheel Drive Trucks
    • 10,000 lbs. Pro Stock Tractors
    • 9,500 lbs. Limited Pro Stock

Sunday, July 26 (Free Admission)

  • 11:00 am until 1 p.m. - Exhibits may be picked up and must be out by 1 p.m.
  • 10:30 am - Mini Horse & Mini Donkey Judging (Goat Barn)
  • 11 am - Garden Tractor Pull (Main Arena)
  • 2:00-5:00 pm – Music By Dos Amigo’s (Band Pavilion)
  • 3-5 pm – Tractor Driving Contest
  • 4:00 pm – Family Magic Show (Fine Arts Building)
  • 4-9 pm - Carnival Armband Day $30.00
  • 5-7 pm – Clydesdale on site
  • 6:30-9 pm - FFA Fun Night (Main Arena)
Model Train Display in Commercial Building. Sunday-Friday 5:00 - 9:00p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 12:00 – 4:00 p.m.

CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER ARE ADMITTED FREE
Admission prices include parking and grandstand.
Season ticket is good for admission to all shows.
No pets allowed on the fairgrounds.
WE ID.
No bottles or cans to be brought onto the fairgrounds.
All livestock and horse entries must be mailed to the secretary by
JUNE 25, 2025 or submitted in person (6:00 – 8:30p.m.) on June 25, 2025 at the Fairgrounds.
NO FAIR REFUNDS ON ANY EVENTS DURING THE FAIR.
NO DRUGS ALLOWED ON THE FAIR GROUNDS.
