1) All General Rules apply.
2) No premiums will be awarded on exhibits which have been purchased or borrowed for exhibition purposes. Soiled and badly worn items will be disqualified.
3) The Fair Association will not be responsible for any articles lost or damaged in this department.
4) No entry will be accepted which has won a previous prize in the Monroe County Fair.
5) An exhibitor must be a resident of Monroe County.
6) An exhibitor may make TWO ENTRIES per premium number
7) ALL ITEMS MUST BE MADE BY THE PERSON WHOSE NAME IT IS BEING ENTERED IN.
