Rules and Regulations:
1) An exhibitor may make only ONE (1) entry in each premium number, except categories denoted.
2) All General Rules and Regulations apply.
3) Place photograph on white poster board or large note cards.  You must have at least a 1/4 inch border around the photo to allow for putting tacks into for display. Please mark top of Photo. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON THE BACK OF PHOTO-BOARD;
    1. Name, address, and phone number
    2. Exhibitor Number with a circle around it.
    3. Premium Number & description for entry.
4) No enlargements can be accepted and no frames.
5) All entrants must be amateur.
6) The entry cannot have been entered in a previous Monroe County Fair.
7) The entry must be the work of the exhibitor.
8) No entry should be of questionable subject matter. The Superintendents have the right to disqualify any entry.
9) MAXIMUM SIZE OF PRINT IS 4X6
10) EXACTLY 1/4" border, not thick white cardboard. Preferably white index card stock.
11) No sexually suggestive pictures.
12) Limit of 30 pictures per person.
13) Only 1 photograph per picture frame.
14) No collages.
15) No digitally enhanced pictures.

Rules & Regulations:
1) All General Rules & Regulations apply MATTED FRAMED 5X 7 AND UP.
2) All photographs must be MATTED, FRAMED, SOLIDLY EQUIPPED WITH HOOK/EYE SUITABLE FOR HANGING. No item will be prepared or repaired by the Superintendents. (No computer ENHANCED pictures will be accepted.)
3) Name, address, phone number & exhibitor number must be written on the back of each entry.
4) The entry must be the work of the exhibitor & cannot have been in a previous Monroe County Fair.
5) An exhibitor may make one entry in each premium number.
6) Maximum size 12"x 14"
