Rules and Regulations:
1) An exhibitor may make only
2) PLACE PHOTOGRAPH ON WHITE POSTER BOARD OR LARGE NOTE CARDS ONLY. YOU MUST
HAVE EXACTLY A ¼ INCH BORDER AROUND THE PHOTO
TO ALLOW FOR PUTTING TACKS INTO FOR
DISPLAY. NO
Please mark top of Photo. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON THE BACK
OF PHOTO-BOARD;
1. Name, address, and phone number
2. Exhibitor Number with a circle around
it.
3. Premium Number & description for entry.
4) All General Rules and Rugulations apply.
5) No enlargements can be accepted and no frames.
6) All entrants must be amateur.
7) The entry cannot have been entered in a previous Monroe County Fair.
8) The entry must be the work of the exhibitor.
9) No entry should be of questionable subject matter. The Superintendents have
the right to disqualify any entry.
10) MAXIMUM SIZE OF PRINT IS 4X6
11) EXACTLY 1/4" border, not thick white cardboard. Preferably white index card stock.
12) No sexually suggestive pictures.
13) Limit of 20 pictures per person, except where indicated in the certain categories.
14) No digitally enhanced pictures.
15) The Superintendents have the right to disqualify at time of entry if rules
are not followed.

3) All 8 x 10 photographs must be MATTED, FRAMED, SOLIDLY EQUIPPED WITH FRAME
WIRING SUITABLE FOR HANGING.
4) No item will be prepared or repaired by the Superintendents. (No computer
ENHANCED pictures will be accepted.)
