DEPARTMENT I - OPEN CLASS RABBITS

4-H Rabbit judging begins Monday, July 26, 2010 at 1 PM
Junior and Open Rabbit Judging begins Tuesday, July 22, 2010, 9 AM. Except meat pen & single
Fryers These classes are on Monday at 1:00 p.m. Weigh-in is on Monday, July 26, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.

Rules & Regulations:
1) All purebred rabbits must be permanently ear marked in left ear, or  registration in right ear. Ear markings will be strictly enforced as rabbits enter the fairgrounds.

2) Junior rabbits are 6 months of age and under. Senior rabbits are over 6 months of age.

3) All rabbits must be OWNED by exhibitor.

4) ALL CLASSES ARE FINAL.

5) Rabbits showing signs of sniffles, disease, ear mites, and other contagious disorders will not be allowed to show. The exhibitor will be asked to remove animals from the fairgrounds.

6) Exhibitors must wear exhibitor number at the show.

7) ALL meat pens (0pen, Junior and 4-H) will show at the same time. This will be agreed upon by the judges and superintendents.

8) ALL exhibitors MUST have a copy of their entry forms the day of the show.

9) Exhibitors should CALL Tammy Van Eck or Bob Eichelmann about tattooing prior to County Fair.

10) Overall Champion will be chosen from Best of Breed classes, which will consist of a Grand Champion Buck and a Grand Champion Doe.

11) Turn in Tatto numbers of all Rabbits into the barn Sunday night or Monday morning.
