Trophies in all premiums donated by show exhibitors.

Rules & Regulations:
1) Entries must be sent to the Monroe County Fair Secretary by
Tuesday, July 6, 2010  or made in person on July 6,  6-9 p.m. Any class not filled may be eliminated and a substitution made at the end of the show. ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES OR  SUBSTITUTION OF HORSES. “Horses can only enter class once.”
2) CURRENT
COPY OF COGGINS AT PRE-ENTER, IF ENTRIES ARE MAILED, COPY OF CURRENT COGGINS MUST BE INCLUDED
3) Senior exhibitors must be age eighteen (18) or over by June 1.
4) Junior exhibitors must be under age eighteen (18) by June 1.
5.) “Pee Wee exhibitors must be under age twelve (12) by June 1.
6) All horses are shown in Western Tack, unless stated otherwise.
7) All exhibitors must wear Full Western Dress, unless otherwise stated. In speed events, hats may be given to gate man upon entry to arena and picked up when exiting. Rider must have a helmet, Western hat or they will be excused from Class.
8) All horses must be on Fairgrounds one-half hour before show time.
9) Tack changes will be limited to 5 minutes between classes. Any exhibitor not ready when called to class will be scratched. In speed events, numbers will be called 2 horses in advance. IF EXHIBITOR IS NOT AT GATE WHEN NUMBER IS CALLED TO
RUN, ENTRY WILL BE SCRATCHED.
10) All General Rules & Regulations apply. (Please read them in the front of the Fair Paper.)
11) A.Q.H.A. Rules will be used, where applicable.
12) All entrants are eligible to purchase Exhibitor's Passes.
13) All out- of- state horses over 12 months of age are to be accompanied by a health certificate issued within 30 days of exhibition.
ALL HORSES MUST BE NEGATIVE TO AN OFFICIAL TEST FOR EQUINE INFECTIOUS ANEMIA WITHIN 12 M0NTHS PRIOR TO EXHIBITION AND HAVE PROOF ON HAND.
14) Premium checks will be available Friday. Anyone needing special arrangements will need to talk to the Secretary, George Obernagel.
15) Weanling stallions may be shown by junior exhibitors with permission of fair committee. Any stallions older than weanlings to be shown
by senior exhibitors only.

16) In all events judges decision is final.
17) Equestrian helmets allowed.
18.”No pets allowed on premises.”
