DEPARTMENT P - JUNIOR DEPARTMENT
(Other Than Livestock)

Rules & Regulations:
1) All General Rules Apply.
2) This department is confined to boys & girls who are within the ages of 8 to 18 as of January 1, 2010 who are residents of Monroe County and who attend the Waterloo, Columbia, Valmeyer, and/or Red Bud school districts.
3) All items must be made by exhibitor.
4) No entry will be accepted which has won a previous prize in the Monroe County Fair.
5) All garments must be on hangers.
6) All baked goods, except cookies or candy, may be picked up by the exhibitor after judging until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 2010. Those items not picked up will become the property of the Fair Association.
7) The Monroe County Fair Association will not be responsible for any articles lost or damaged in this department.
8) An exhibitor may make only two entries under each premium number.
9) An item may not be entered in more than one department.
10) All exhibits may be picked up after 9:00 a.m. & MUST be picked up by 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Any exhibit which has not been picked up by 1:00 p.m. becomes the property of the Monroe County Fair Association.
11) Receipt stubs are needed to pick up exhibits.
