Rules & Regulations:
1) All general rules & regulations apply.
2) Only amateurs can enter.
3) No exhibit should be of questionable sexual subject matter. Exhibits of this nature will be disqualified.
4) Only 2 entries may be made per premium number.
5) All exhibits must be picked up on Sunday.
6) No entry may have been entered in a previous Monroe County Fair.
7) The Fair Association will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged.

Additional Rules:
1) All scrapbook pages, and items such as cards and bookmarks should be in
clear page protectors or sleeves for protection
2) Exhibitor can enter only ONE item per class.
3) When the same item qualifies for more than one category, the exhibitor
 will choose the one to enter.
4) Small layout includes 5x7, 6x6 and similar sizes, Large layouts must be at least
8 1/2 by 11 and no larger than 12x12.
5) Exhibitors name should not be displayed on the front of the entry
