Rules & Regulations:
1) All general rules & regulations apply.
2) Only amateurs can enter.
3) No exhibit should be of questionable sexual subject matter. Exhibits of this
nature will be disqualified.
4) Only 2 entries may be made per premium number.
5) No entry may have been entered in a previous Monroe County Fair.
6) The Fair Association will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged.

clear page protectors or sleeves for protection

3) When the same item qualifies for more than one category, the exhibitor

4) Small layout includes 5x7, 6x6 and similar sizes, Large
layouts must be at least
8 1/2 by 11 and no larger than 12x12.
5) Exhibitors name should not be displayed on the front of the entry
