Rules & Regulations:
1) All general rules & regulations apply.
2) Name, address, and phone number must be written on the back of each entry.
3) Only amateurs can enter.
4) No exhibit should be of questionable sexual subject matter. Exhibits of this nature will be disqualified.
5) All exhibits must be picked up on Sunday.
6) No entry may have been entered in a previous Monroe County Fair.
7) An exhibitor may make two entries in each category except Penmanship. Only one entry per exhibitor is allowed in penmanship.
8) Exhibits should be entered for the grade the exhibitor was in last year.
