Rules & Regulations:
1) All General Rules & Regulations apply.
2) All entrants must be physically or mentally impaired.
3) An exhibitor may make only two entries in each category.
4) The entry cannot have been entered in a previous Monroe County Fair.
5) All exhibits must be picked up on Saturday.
